Serek Bielański multifunctional center 2012

The area of the so-called “Serek Bielański” in Warsaw, which covers the quarter where the “Słodowiec” IInd metro line station is located, was a subject to a multi-stage conceptual process. In 2012, AMC developed the concept of a multifunctional center, containing an analysis of the development of the area, in line with the guidelines of the Local Masterplan, which includes the functions of services for the public, office, retail and service and residential.
