“Lipowy Office Park” office complex

The construction of five office buildings is planned. Two buildings will be located along the eastern border of the plot, i.e. along Żwirki i Wigury St., the other three buildings will be located behind them, creating a system connected by glass a connectors. From the side of Żwirki i Wigury St., the principle of increasing the height of buildings was applied. The office complex, despite the high intensity of development, will be optically harmonized with the existing surrounding buildings (5 – 6-storey residential buildings). From the side of Żwirki i Wigury St., two buildings, through their form, form a symbolic entrance gate to the complex. In each of the buildings, the storeys above the +8 level are set back in relation to the face of the lower storeys.
